These terms apply when you download or use our free resources (resume templates, checklists, guides, and emails). By downloading, you agree to them.

1. Free, personal-use licence

The resources are free. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and edit them for your own job search.

  • You may edit the template, send the finished resume to employers, and print copies for yourself.
  • You may not resell, sell access to, redistribute, or re-upload the files, whether edited or unedited (for example to marketplaces, file-sharing sites, or course materials), or pass them off as your own work.
  • Want to share with friends or a student society? Please send them the sign-up link instead of the file.

All intellectual property stays with Harbour & Wall.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

The resources are general educational material. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any recruiting outcome. They are not legal, immigration, financial, or professional advice.

3. No affiliation or endorsement

  • The project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any bank, hedge fund, asset manager, or other financial institution, including any current or former employer of the operator. Any firm names appear only to describe types of roles, and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • The operator's work history is personal background only and does not imply endorsement by any employer.
  • No confidential, proprietary, or non-public information from any current or former employer is used, including internal interview questions, recruiting data, or documents. The content is based on public information and general personal experience.
  • Please don't send us any confidential information about your own employer.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The resources are provided "as is", free of charge, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Harbour & Wall is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of them, including lost opportunities, lost earnings, or not receiving an offer. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your email address is described in the Privacy Notice.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms, and the latest version applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your country.
